Pilates Meets Percussion

Pilatesmeetspercussion-page-001In a few weeks I’ll be teaming up with Harmony Pilates in Pittsburgh to present a set of three Pilates mat classes with percussion accompaniment.
I’m looking forward to this new opportunity!
